The AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer ™ System is both hardware and software. The hardware consists of a specialized commercial voice board that is plugged into a slot on a dedicated computer system. The commercial dialing board and our sophisticated predictive dialing software work together with your database, no matter what that database consists of, to make 2-3 outbound calls at a time per agent by passing busy numbers, no answers & answering machines and connects the call immediately with out any delay to your available agent in your call center increasing the call production 300%+. If your agent has there own pc workstations you can install our workstation agent software so when the call is connected to your agent a window will pop up on their monitors indicating who is on the line and a host of technological call management features not seen on other systems today. The commercial voice board and our software also mediate any incoming calls and evenly distributes it (100% call blending). In other words, you can use the AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer™ System for almost anything !

Our complete system includes the following major components: A dedicated CPU System server, commercial dialing voice board, AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer software and 1 headset per agent. If you do not have your own agent pc workstations we can supply it at nominal cost.

How easy is it to operate an AMTel™ Pro predictive dialer system ?
 

It is extremely easy to operate our system. We have designed our call center predictive dialing software to be very user friendly. It is a full turn-key plug and play system right out of the box. We provide 3 hrs of initial training support and first 90 days of product support at no cost to you on our AMTel Pro series predictive dialers and.3 hrs of product support for TelePC series systems. You will be up and using our system in less than a day or so. We will remotely train you within the comfort of your office on how to use the system from our office via PC anywhere link via the internet.   

Do I need analog phone lines or a T-1?

If you are using less than 24 lines then analog line are what you normally have and can use. If you are using 24 line and up then you probably already have a t-1 line. Either will do just fine. You can even use VOIP lines with our system. Regular analog or digital lines all work perfectly.

What kind of increase in sales production can I expect from your AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialers System?
 

With our AMTel Pro predictive dialers you should be able to increase your out bound calling volume 300%- 400% and inbound call volume 200% - 300-% versus manual telemarketers and therefore increase your sales production in the respectable manner any where between 200 % - 500%. A minimum 2 agent - 4 line AMTel™ Pro 4000 Predictive Dialer system is capable of  dialing up to 5,000 calls a day on a 13 hour day. Assuming the response rate is conservative .25% on a non-targeted list. That means about 12.5 mortgage leads a day. Now let's say you have bad loan officers and your net branch office only closed 5% of the leads. You will close .63 loans a day. .6 loans x 30 days = 19 loans a month. That's an additional 19 loans a month. If you averaged a conservative $4,000.00 in gross origination fees per loan minus your split. Yes, the AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer system is designed with a tree structure mailbox system. This means that the user of the system has an unlimited amount of flexibility in setting up and soliciting responses from their targeted prospects. As an example, after contacting the prospect you may want a certain amount of information from them. You could provide a menu of; lets say, three options to choose from. The customer may select option three and at this point you may want to give them more options to select from or ask them a question. The answer to the questions can be accepted as a verbal response or a phone touch-tone response. After the customer answers the question you could provide them with more options for selection or continue your question answer session.

When you start designing these sort of systems a large hard drive is recommended because sound files take up a lot of room. You can listen and note your customer's responses later or store them for future reference. A contact report is also generated telling you if a live person answered the phone, an answering machine answered the phone or no contact was made at all. The system will continue to call the unanswered calls until you discontinue the call list or all calls are answered in one form or another.

Is there a warranty on the AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer system ?

Yes, the commercial voice dialing card comes with a 1 year warranty. The computer comes with a 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer. The AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer software comes with a life-time warranty. Since the system is an open telephony architecture. It is very easy to fix or replace the systems main components. There's really no other moving parts in the entire system except for the hard drive. So if the hard drive breaks down just replace it with another one. A typical computer system has a life expectancy of 7 years to MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of continued use. You should have 7 years of trouble free operation before you might need to replace the main components such as a power transformer or a key board. Since the entire system uses off the shelf telephony and computer technology. Most parts are stocked by almost every computer supplier.

How much will it cost to get the system up and running??

A side from the electricity that it uses. The phone line expenses involved in running the AMTel™ Pro Predictive Dialer system can range from as little as $15-$20 a month for unlimited usage on one single phone line on your local phone company's local flat rate calling plan our thorugh your VOIP internet lines; make 1,000 calls or 100,000 calls a month and it still costs only $15-$20. Do you have a money-back guarantee so I can return the kit or system if it is not what I had expected to get?
