45-Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy

Return policy conditions: You must get the system back to us in our office within 45 days from the date you receive it for a refund within 45 days if you fax the original phone statement from your local phone company as proof that you made at least 25,000 calls/contacts on a 2 line or 50,000 calls/contacts on each 4 line or 100,000 calls/contacts on each 8 line or 150,000 calls/contacts on each 12 line kit/system, refer to faxed purchase contract for up to date information, etc... All verified returns without a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #- call us at 732-333-1301  Mon- Fri, 9am - 6pm est to get one if you qualify) will not be accepted and will be refused. Defective parts are fixed or replaced according to it factory warranty-no returns or refunds allowed. It is your responsibility to read the manual and make sure that the system is in good working order the day you receive it. Once the order is placed it is non-cancelable. No credit card or check refund will be issued unless all the return policy conditions are in compliance. There is a 20% restocking fee for all AMTel Pro predictive dialer purchases returned (refer to purchase contract for details).
